Axisco’s CNC helical broaching machine is built to make any internal helical angle precisely and efficiently. With this machine, you don’t need high technical skills to make a complex helical shape with high accuracy and a good surface finish.

Capabilities of Helical Broaching Machine

Axisco makes the machine body, major parts, and software in Taiwan. We use Heidenhain linear scales to do the feedbacks of the position and helical angle. About the controller and motors, customers can choose whether they want them from Mitsubishi or Fanuc.

The standard model is CHX-1015. With 10-ton force and 1500-mm stroke, it is capable for the ring gears under module 0.8. For bigger parts, there are customized models to fulfill customers’ needs.
